自然の美しさを表現し身につけたい──そんな思いから心を込めて作りました。Atelier Kajiのジュエリーは、自然が描く有機的なラインを手仕事によって形にしています。

【金剛砂によるつや消し仕上げ】
金剛砂（ガーネットの粒）を水とともに表面へ打ち付けることで、独特の落ち着いた艶消しに仕上げています。Atelier Kajiでは、この工程をすべて手作業で行っています。機械による艶消しも可能ですが、有機的な質感をもつ作品には、金剛砂を使った手仕事ならではの深い風合いが生まれます。

Atsuko Kajiyoshi
デザイナー・職人／梶芳敦子
手を動かしてつくることに惹かれ、東京デザインアカデミーで工芸アクセサリーを学んだ後、ジュエリー制作のさらなる探求のため渡米、Fashion Institute of Technology（FIT）でジュエリーデザインを専攻。卒業後はニューヨーク・ダイヤモンドディストリクトにあった工房にて、bench jeweler（彫金職人）として4年間にわたりハイエンドジュエリーの制作に携わる。
日本帰国後は宝飾メーカーで約6年間、職人としてさらに経験を積み、それまで積み重ねてきた確かな技術と“手でつくることへの深い愛着”を形にするため、2013年に「Atelier Kaji」を始動。
Drawn to the quiet joy of handcraft, she studied Craft Accessories at the Tokyo Design Academy.
She later moved to New York to refine her skills and earned a degree in Jewelry Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).
In Manhattan’s Diamond District, she worked for four years as a bench jeweler, creating high-end handmade jewelry.
After returning to Japan, she spent about six years as a jeweler at a major jewelry manufacturer.
To give shape to the skills she has honed and her enduring love for handcraft, she founded Atelier Kaji in 2013.
